Clapton first performed on Blackie on 13th January 1973 at the Rainbow Concert and he continued to favour this instrument for years to come.
Between 1974 and 1985 Clapton used Blackie almost exclusively on stage and in the studio, recording hits such as “Wonderful Tonight”, "I Shot the Sheriff" and “Lay Down Sally”.
Fraser Guitar's tribute to Eric Clapton's "Blackie" offers pure iconic Clapton style.
