Delivery of Goods

Stocked items will usually be dispatched for delivery within 3 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays). Made to Order purchases will be dispatched within 4 working days from the date of completion (following confirmation of shipping address and contact phone number). 

Shipping times may be subject to change. If this is the case you will be informed in advance via email address provided.

The correct shipping charges will be automatically calculated on your shopping basket. Fraser Guitars reserve the right to adjust delivery estimates at any point in the order process: customers will be notified of any such changes. Where delivery takes longer than the estimated time, we cannot be held responsible for delays. Fraser Guitars will notify you of any such delays where reasonably possible.

Tracking numbers for shipping will be provided where applicable.


Import Taxes, Custom Charges and Administration Fees

Import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your item or any shipping fee.  Please check the requirements of your country prior to making a purchase.


Returns and Cancellations

Orders/purchases can be cancelled in line with your statutory rights. You can return your purchase, in its original condition, within 14 days to us for a full refund (minus PayPal fees and any costs incurred for the initial dispatching and, where appropriate, any costs incurred by Fraser Guitars).

The right to return goods does not apply to any Custom Order which has been specified or commissioned to the customer’s specifications. This is inclusive of any item which is not typically stocked by Fraser Guitars and has been ordered/custom made at the request of the customer. Return in these instances will be subject to the discretion of Fraser Guitars (with any costs incurred to be deducted from any refund made available).

Cancellation of contract, and subsequent return of goods where applicable, will ensure the account (from which payment was received) is credited with a refund for the goods. Refunds are typically processed the same day, prior to the dispatch of goods, or on the day of receipt of returned goods. If the goods are not provided, or return delivery costs not covered, this will be deducted from the direct cost of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fraser Designs Ltd. Office 9, Arkwright Suite, Coppull Enterprise Centre, Mill Lane, Coppull, Chorley, PR7 5BW, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, we would advised using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any item returned, and not received by Fraser Guitars, cannot be refunded.
